CLASS-VI
Good teaching is about caring, nurturing and developing minds and talents. It's about devoting time, often invisible, to every student. Designing & redesigning courses and preparing materials to still further enhance instruction for the students in TWGS.

CLASS-VII
TWGS uses modern teaching methods like Collaborative Learning, Spaced Learning. Flipped Classroom, Self-learning Gamification. These teaching method comprises the principles and methods used to enable student learning. These strategies are determined partly on subject matter to be taught and partly by the nature of the learner.

CLASS-VIII

The most basic teaching method is explanation. Explanation is characterized by its function as "a tool" that is used by TWGS teachers for understanding or 'giving a sense' to the object of communication, of a debate, or a discussion. The role of an explanation is to make clearer the meaning of an object & maintaining formally the necessary requirement between the object of the action or study and the tools. In the learning/teaching process, explanation is a tool used by both, teachers and students.

Personality Development

Personality development encompasses the dynamic construction and deconstruction of integrative characteristics that distinguish an individual in terms of interpersonal behavioral traits. Indeed, personality development is ever-changing and subject to contextual factors and life-altering experiences. We at TWGS ensure that complete holistic development of the children is the prime motto so that they are well prepared to face the future on international platforms. Various activities like debate, elocution, declamation, bulletin board decoration, JAM Session, USO United Schools Organization H2O Waterwise Conservation Program for the children of India, Mexico Collaboration for Intercultural Exchange, American Field Service workshops help us realize the mission of school.

Weaving is a method of textile production in which two distinct sets of yarns or threads are interlaced at right angles to form a fabric or cloth. These celebrations bring the students closer to each other and develop respect between them. Apart from building relationships and friendships, such celebrations bring happiness and love amongst the students. Along with enthusiasm and fun for the activities, qualities like creativity and togetherness also inculcate in the students.

Assessment

Assessment is the process to check how much a student has understood and progressed based on the lesson that was taught to them in class. It also helps them to know how well they progress in class. At TWGS, we conduct four assessments during an academic session for middle wing, namely Pre Mid-Term, Mid-Term, Post Mid-Term and Final Assessments. Pre Mid-Term and Post Mid-Term Assessments are objective and students have to answer in OMR sheets, while Mid-Term and Final Assessments are conducted in both subjective and objective types. Teachers discuss answers from students after assessment, to clear their doubts and understand problem areas. By analyzing, teachers create a solid foundation for learning.

Excursion

Educational excursions organised for Middle Wing students at TWGS give exciting educational experiences deeper than what the regular school environment can afford. We organize visits to places like nature centers, community agencies (like fire stations, banks, ATMs, Post offices, Hospitals, etc.), government agencies, local business, and museums that enable increasing the chances of the learners retaining what is being taught in the classroom.
