Outdoor games are a part of the education system. Even the people, who write textbooks, believe that proper exercise for the brain and the body must be given in order to study properly. These games give us a chance to exercise our body, recreate our mind, and also get a breath of fresh Air. We at TWGS provide many outdoor game. Here students are encouraged to take part in various outdoor games competitions to inspire and motivate the other shy students.
Volleyball is a team game played with a ball and a net. There are teams on either side of the net. One team hits the ball over the net line and into the other team’s court or area, the other team must then hit the ball back over the net and in bounds within three tries without letting the ball contact the floor. There are 2 main types of competitive volleyball that are played all over the world. They are indoor and beach volleyball. Both are sports that are a part of the Olympic games and have competitive leagues.
Cricket, the world’s second most popular spectator sport, can provide a fun way for children of all ages to stay or get in shape. Cricket improves speed, agility, flexibility and reflexes; it increases concentration, the ability to think strategically and to utilize decision-making skills. Cricket also, unlike what most children are exposed to in most American sports, prizes sportsmanship and fair play – self control, integrity and respect for others is central to the game of cricket. Many children who are reluctant to take part in team sports find themselves well suited for cricket.
Hockey game requires a high level of coordination; regularly playing can develop a child's gross motor skills, which leads to improvement with the more difficult fine motor skills, and improves eye-hand coordination, which can translate to a better understanding of spatial relationships. It also requires strength, something that can benefit a child in whatever activity he or she pursues. Stronger muscles improve endurance and create stronger bones.
kabaddi is one game where the player has no sporting equipment but uses only his body as a weapon to deal with the opponents. Kabaddi is a game which involves body and mind. It needs brisk movements, holding breath and high observation which means your body and mind should work in perfect co-ordination. As with any high intensity sport, there are many cardiovascular benefits of Throw ball. They were also taught to play without pushing and juggling the ball also releasing it within 3 seconds . The Wisdom Global School has a new Half-Olympic-sized swimming pool. It is designed to provide advantages to assist the swimmers, more lanes are there.
