School uniform
The Concept of uniform dress code in school is to primarily bring in discipline in the student’s lifestyle from the very early stage of their lives. The students learn the importance of being pristine and presentable at all the time. It also helps in inculcating the idea of equality among the peers. It reduces the possibility of identifying or relating once personality based on the clothes they carry. Moreover, it helps in the safety and security of the students while they are moving to and fro from the school as they can be easily identified from a distance by any passer-by.
At The Wisdom Global School, a lot of thought has gone into choosing the main colour of our uniform. The main colour used in our uniform is “yellow”. Yellow is said to be the most optimistic colour on the spectrum. This is a warm colour and can give a uniform a happy feeling. The secondary colour used is “blue”. Blue colour when used in combination with yellow signifies trust and loyalty.

Yellow half sleeves epaulette shirt with checked collar and shoulder straps and yellow shorts with suspenders. White vest should always be worn under the shirt. Navy blue school belt with school emblem, navy blue socks (long) with two yellow stripes and black Velcro shoes.

House uniform applicable for class I onwards (to be worn on all Wednesdays and Saturdays). House T shirt with black shorts (with two yellow stripes) for summers and house t-shirt with house coloured track suit for winters, black socks with two house-coloured stripes and white tennis shoes.

Note:
The school has no authorized tailor shop. The parents are free to buy the uniform from any shop. However, exact specifications need to be followed before purchasing the uniform.
Rules for uniform:

The students are expected to attend the school in neat well ironed, complete uniform.

Neatly trimmed hair for boys

Two plaits for girls with black hair accessories only. No fancy hair clips, or jewellery are allowed.

Only Navy-blue caps and gloves allowed.

Students are expected to enter school premises only in school uniform even for purpose other than academic
